- Through August this year, sales in those counties totaled $11.2 billion, a 71 percent increase
- With four months left in 2021, sales volume in those counties has already surpassed total sales in 2019 by more than $2 billon
- Prices and sales have peaked this year in the North Fork Valley of Delta County, Fairplay, Rifle, Silt, Kremmling, Del Norte and Craig
- In Delta County, sales volume is up 64 percent over 2020; the average price of a home, $360,000, is 20 percent higher
- In Montrose County, through August, sales volume was up 75 percent over last year, with the average price of a home at $402,000, 20 percent higher than 2020 and 35 percent higher than 2019
