What's hot in the region? Mountain Village continues to be a promising buyer's market for single family homes and condos thus far in '24, offering considerably lower prices per square foot and a notable inventory. Accounting for-46% of the total dollar volume YTD '24, Mountain Village has significantly less price per sf when it comes to SFHs and Condos.

Inventory, sales and values all on the rise in early 2024

With gross dollar sales in January and February at $175M, the market has demonstrated its resiliency by exceeding the average sales of the pandemic years during the same time period of $149M.

Year to date sales have increased 87% ($175.3M vs. $93.5M) and are 46% above the past 5-year average.

Dollar volume in Historic Telluride has more than doubled ($44.5M vs. $19.7M) with the Mountain Village demonstrating an increase of sales of 32% ($81.0M vs. $61.3M)

The average sales price in the Town of Telluride increased 69% with an increase realized in the Mountain Village of 20%

The average price per square foot for single family homes achieved in the Town of Telluride was $1841 PSF while the Mountain Village average was $1628 PSF, an increase of 46%
